Hi, I'm Lori.
I was raised in a family where service and empathy were woven into everyday life. My mom, a missionary, and my dad, a Sunday school teacher, taught me early on about the power of connection and the importance of showing up for others with kindness and presence. That spirit of curiosity and compassion led me to this path of wanting to understand people more deeply and help them find hope in the midst of struggle.
As a Latina, my own journey has included navigating the complexities of identity, self-worth, and belonging. I’ve had to unlearn harmful messages about who I was supposed to be, and work hard to reconnect with my voice, my boundaries, and my value, especially in relationships. Learning to embrace my worth and live authentically has shaped not only my personal growth, but also how I show up for the people I work with.
Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals from many walks of life, but I’m especially passionate about helping teens and young adults through some of their most defining and difficult seasons. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, helping families heal, communicate more clearly, and reconnect with each other.
